Using Our Store
These terms apply to purchases and use of the Spacelyne store at spacelyne.shop. Please review the product details, checkout information and linked policies before submitting a purchase request. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Products and Prices
Product pages identify the item, composition, dimensions, color and price. Prices are in USD. Swatches are clearly identified and are not full-size rugs. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear. Checkout displays the item subtotal, shipping, tax and total for review.
Your Information
Provide accurate contact, shipping and billing information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Contact [email protected] for help with an error in information you have supplied.
Payment Authorization
When you submit a payment request, you authorize the amount displayed at checkout to be processed through the available payment method, subject to the payment provider’s confirmation. A submitted form or an interrupted browser session does not by itself establish that funds have been charged.
Order Acceptance
A purchase request is subject to confirmation by Spacelyne. A payment authorization or acknowledgement of receipt alone does not establish order acceptance. Any acceptance communication will identify the confirmed purchase. If a purchase cannot be fulfilled, any funds taken for the unfulfilled purchase will be handled in accordance with applicable law. These terms do not establish an additional discretionary cancellation right for Spacelyne.
Shipping
Free standard shipping to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and APO/FPO addresses are not supported. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days, not a delivery guarantee. Order cutoff: 07:00PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed year-round without daylight saving adjustments. Orders before the cutoff on a business day enter that day's processing cycle. Orders after the cutoff, on weekends or US federal holidays begin on the next business day. See the Shipping Policy for full information. Applicable rights concerning delays and non-delivery remain unaffected.
Returns and Refunds
Request a return within 30 days of receipt. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, in original condition and original packaging. Contact us with your order number and reason before returning anything to obtain authorization and the return address. No restocking fee. After the returned item is received, inspected and the refund approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Your payment provider may take additional time to post it. For our error, damage or defects, Spacelyne pays return shipping. For a change of mind, the customer pays international return postage to France. Ordinary return-condition requirements do not prevent claims concerning damaged, defective or incorrect items.
